RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RETURNS:
All our products are made to order when the order is placed. For this reason, we do not have a Buyer’s Remorse policy for returns, however we will issue an exact exchange or store credit for sizing issues. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, in original condition and packaging prior to approval of exchange or issuance of credit. We will offer a return on goods that are defective or damaged during shipping.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
If you have paid for your order and need to cancel or modify the contents, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If the production process has begun on your items, or has already been packaged and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
We offer a 100% money back guarantee (minus shipping) on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.
- Take a picture of the purchased item or defection
- Write a brief sentence describing the issues
- Contact us via info@soulbeitllc.com, upload and attach the pictures
We will provide a return address to send the item to in exchange for a replacement or refund as preferred.
- There are no charges for returns
- Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Once your item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email
- We will inspect and approve the refund
- Your refund will be processed automatically and applied to original method of payment in 10 business days.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS IF:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)
- the item is obviously damaged due to wearing, washing and mishandling after delivery
