We are glad to bring our customers with a seamless shopping experience. That’s why we provide shipping from our warehouses in China, Canada & USA via FEDEX, USPS, DHL, DPD.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
SOUL BE IT is not liable for lost packages if the address listed during the checkout process is incorrect. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If an error is made on our part we will take full responsibility for the original order placed at no charge to you.
SHIPPING TIME
Every soul is original...just like our products! Your Soul Be It original product is manufactured to order and shipped immediately! Typical shipping time including production is a week to 10 days, however because we use international partners to ensure the best pricing, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery on our shoe designs and select women's apparel designs. CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees levied once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. However; keep in mind that sometimes, due to shipping provider options, tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, updating the tracking system can take 1-5 business days. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be shipped separately.
